1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Stilline ("the Service"), operated by Stilline LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Stilline provides daily personalized coaching based on your Enneagram personality type. The Service includes:

• Daily personalized prompts and reflections
• AI-powered coaching insights
• SMS notifications and responses (optional)
• Progress tracking and timeline visualization

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.

4.2 Subscription Fees

The subscription fee is $9.99 per month for Founding Members. Founding Member pricing is locked in forever and will never increase for early subscribers.

4.3 Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. User Content and Privacy

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including reflections and check-ins. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process your content to provide coaching insights.

6. AI-Generated Content

Stilline uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized coaching insights. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness:

• AI-generated content is for informational and coaching purposes only
• It is not a substitute for professional mental health services
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated insights
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Stilline LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STILLINE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes to these Terms by email or through the Service at least 30 days in advance.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account and all associated data at any time from your settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
